Michelle has worked within the fitness industry for close to a decade since transitioning from a 9-5 office job in London. With qualifications in Hard Style Kettlebell Training, Calisthenics/Bodyweight Strength Training and Animal Flow her training is diverse and largely based around being able to master your own bodyweight.
Michelle’s has competed in various half and full marathons, the Surf Coast Century 100k ultra marathon, Marathon Des Sables 250k multi-stage ultramarathon in the Sahara Desert, various obstacle races in the UK, Strong Woman competitions in the UK; she prides herself on being a versatile everyday athlete with the ability to accept any fitness challenge.
As a coach expect Michelle to focus on improving her client’s movement patterns, strength, mobility, flexibility and skill set as a primary focus. Learn to move well in multiple ways and directions.
Michelle is passionate about teaching new skills and better movement, ensuring a better quality of life for her client’s life now and well into their 80’s.
