Josh Driscoll

Josh has been a qualified personal trainer since 2012, through his experience in that time, has built a solid foundation in nutrition and fitness coaching. Josh is passionate about his own training and fitness goals; he has competed in Men’s Physique in both INBA and IFBB competitions and been a valuable member of his hometown country AFL football team. Through Iron Oak Australia, and his personal training, Josh strives to help people to set their own healthy lifestyle goals and develop the skills necessary to achieve them.

Tom McGregor

Tom has been a qualified personal trainer since July 2017. In that time Tom has strived to help build his knowledge about nutrition and fitness by gaining a Diploma in Sport Development and a number of Nutrition certificates to help him achieve his goal of helping every person that walks through the door into the gym. Throughout Tom’s journey he has transformed his own life, dropping 35Kg and showing people that anything is possible if you are driven and passionate about it. Tom preaches living a balanced lifestyle and helps his clients learn the skills that they need to live a happy and healthy life.

Scott Smith

Scott has been in the Fitness Industry for over 6 years working with a huge variance of clientele. He's spent most of his time conducting 1 on 1 Personal Training and small group training alongside sporting teams and varied athletes. His extra certifications in the functional strength, conditioning and nutrition areas have allowed Scott to see great progress with each of the above and helped many progress towards their lifestyle goals.

Michelle Steenhuis

Michelle has worked within the fitness industry for close to a decade since transitioning from a 9-5 office job in London. With qualifications in Hard Style Kettlebell Training, Calisthenics/Bodyweight Strength Training and Animal Flow her training is diverse and largely based around being able to master your own bodyweight.

Michelle’s has competed in various half and full marathons, the Surf Coast Century 100k ultra marathon, Marathon Des Sables 250k multi-stage ultramarathon in the Sahara Desert, various obstacle races in the UK, Strong Woman competitions in the UK; she prides herself on being a versatile everyday athlete with the ability to accept any fitness challenge.

As a coach expect Michelle to focus on improving her client’s movement patterns, strength, mobility, flexibility and skill set as a primary focus. Learn to move well in multiple ways and directions.

Michelle is passionate about teaching new skills and better movement, ensuring a better quality of life for her client’s life now and well into their 80’s.
